AESSEAL India Pvt Ltd, the specialists in the design and manufacturing of mechanical seals and support systems conducted an advanced mechanical seal training program on July 11, 2014 in Pune. The training was designed with a perspective to provide an expert and practical insight into mechanical seals for maintenance and engineering personnel working with rotating equipments in the industry. 

The training witnessed the conglomeration of elites from Wockhardt, GMM Pfaudler, Foseco, Rain CII Carbon, Gulbrandsen Tech, Stronghold Corporation, Indian Immunologicals and Virchow Petrochemical. Taking a break from their routine schedule, these professionals attended the training program to enhance their knowledge and practical skills for immediate workplace deployment.

Mr. Ramesh Krishnappan, Senior Executive Director, AESSEAL India Pvt Ltd said, “AESSEAL is a technology partner who creates significant value at the bottom line for customers. The training conducted by the experts from AESSEAL India focused on the working of mechanical seals, the importance of its performance for overall process plant reliability and the analysis of seal failures as well as update on API682 fourth edition. The session was followed by a tour of AESSEAL’s world class manufacturing plant.

The faculties expressed their inclination towards institutionalizing a series of such dialogues with the customers to facilitate them to focus on the pressing business issues.

Customers commented that the training was very professional and resourceful. They also mentioned the learning would be very useful in their day to day operations and maintenance of rotating equipments, in particular “Bad Actors” where frequent failures are observed. 

The Q&A session at the end brought about an interesting exchange where customers were enlightened on how they can develop and maintain strong and mutually beneficial relationships with their community through corporate social responsibilities. With lively and interactive sessions, the training concluded with a feedback session.
