Asset Monitoring

Asset condition monitoring is a regular check of specific factors, such as vibration, fluids, temperature, speed and load. Ongoing monitoring allows engineers to establish a baseline of what is normal for your machine. Having established this baseline, changes to these parameters can be identified early and corrective action and repairs can be made before serious problems or potential breakdowns occur.

Training Courses

AVT Reliability provide specialist CBM Academy training courses covering a range of machinery reliability and condition-based monitoring analysis such as vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication management and rotor dynamics.

We provide a range of introduction courses that are suitable for anyone who will benefit from a comprehensive overview of the basic concepts and skills required for condition monitoring and asset management. We have hosted delegates from all professional walks of life including plant operators, reliability engineers, supervisors and managers.

In addition to these introductory courses we also provide a vibration analysis and lubrication management training courses across three tiers, basic, intermediate and advanced. The courses are practical and interactive making concepts easy to understand.

The courses can take place online, at our own training facilities or at your own site location. All courses are run by highly qualified certified trainers in accordance with ISO standards.
